Contact Us

If you are considering a challenge to a decision, call rather than write if you can — time limits in judicial review are short and some are counted in days. Tell us what the decision is, who made it and when you received it, and we will tell you where you stand.

Office Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Urgent time-limit enquiries are prioritised, and out of hours appointments can be arranged. All judicial review proceedings are heard in the High Court in Dublin, so wherever you are in Ireland, we can act for you — most of the work runs by phone and email.

What to Have Ready

For a first call it helps to have: the decision letter or order (and its date), any earlier correspondence with the body, details of any appeal or review route you have used or been offered, and a short timeline of events. If you do not have all of this, call anyway — the date you received the decision is the one fact that cannot wait.
